All Wenwu Peptide products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Because of the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds except where there is a verified product quality issue.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and the need to guarantee product integrity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind or ordering the wrong product
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted or used
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Customs seizures, import restrictions or refused deliveries
- Delays caused by carriers or customs authorities
Product Quality Issues
If you believe a product has a quality defect — for example, the wrong product was shipped or the product arrived damaged — please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order details
- Clear photos of the product, vial labels and packaging
- A description of the issue
Our team will review the case. If a product quality issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
